Certification is subject to administrative fees as published at the time of application.

Fees:

• Cover administrative review and certification issuance

• Are non-refundable once review begins

• Do not guarantee approval

Certification is valid for a defined period (12 months) from the date of activation unless suspended or revoked.

Renewal requires submission of updated information and payment of renewal fees.

Failure to renew prior to expiration results in Expired status.
