Purpose and scope
The status history is a record of changes to a certification after a public certification record has been issued. It is not a public copy of an application file, investigation file, or internal decision record.
01
Certification record
Identifies the certified entity and shows the certification's current standing.
02
Status history
Preserves dated public entries for applicable changes in certification standing.
03
Administrative record
Retains supporting submissions, review material, reasons, notes, and decision documentation under applicable policies.
Important distinction
An application that is declined or withdrawn before certification does not create a public certification record. Internal application events are not presented as certification status history.
What the registry discloses
This page describes categories of disclosure. The individual certification record controls as to the information actually published for that record.
Status changes and record continuity
A certification record remains associated with its Certification ID when its standing changes. Suspension, revocation, expiration, reinstatement, or renewal does not create a replacement identity for the same certification record.

01
Status action recorded
The Authority records the action and effective date in its administrative system.
02
Public record updated
The registry is updated after the action becomes effective and publication processing is completed.
03
Earlier entry retained
The new standing is shown without deleting the record's applicable earlier public history.
Authoritative source
The live registry record, not a badge, screenshot, cached page, or third-party statement, is the authoritative source for current certification standing.
Timing, corrections, and limits
Publication timing
Status changes are published after the action is effective and the registry update is processed. A short administrative interval may occur between a decision and its appearance in the public record.
The effective date shown in the registry, where provided, governs the dated public entry.
Corrections
Clerical or data-quality errors may be corrected without changing the substance of the underlying certification action. A correction does not remove a valid prior status event.
Questions about a record, or evidence of an apparent error, should be submitted through the Authority's official contact channel.
Scope of disclosure
A public status entry reports standing within the ElitePetz certification system. It is not a government finding, veterinary assessment, legal judgment, or determination about matters outside the Authority's published mandate.
