All certification lifecycle events are recorded in the Authority's internal status history system.

The public registry reflects:

➤ Current standing

➤ Most recent status action

Full internal administrative notes are not publicly displayed.

Enforcement Visibility

When a certification is:

➤ Suspended

➤ Revoked

The registry reflects the updated status immediately following administrative action.

The registry does not remove records due to suspension or revocation.

Transparency of status is a core principle of the Authority.

Certification decisions are made pursuant to the ElitePetz Certification Standards Framework.
