Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern access to and use of the ElitePetz Certification Authority website and certification system (the "Platform").
By accessing, browsing, applying for certification, or using any part of this Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree, you must not use this Platform.

Nature of the Authority
ElitePetz Certification Authority ("ElitePetz," "the Authority," "we," "us") is a private certification body operating within the companion animal breeding sector.

Certification reflects conformity with the Authority’s published certification standards and should not be interpreted as governmental approval, licensing, accreditation, or endorsement.

Public Registry and Verification
ElitePetz maintains a public certification registry. The registry may display:

Registry results reflect the official certification record available at the time the search is performed.
ElitePetz does not guarantee uninterrupted registry access or real-time availability.

Applications and Representations
By submitting an application, the applicant represents that:

The submission is authorized

The applicant agrees to comply with the published Certification Standards and Code of Ethics

The applicant understands certification may be denied, suspended, or revoked

Certification Decisions and Status Records
Certification actions are documented within a permanent administrative record maintained under the Authority's governance framework. Recorded actions may include submission, approval, rejection, suspension, revocation, and reinstatement.
ElitePetz retains sole discretion in certification determinations in accordance with its published policies.
SEc. 07
Fees
Certification fees are handled as follows:

Applicable certification fees are described during the application process

Payment does not guarantee certification approval

Where a certification application is rejected before payment is required, no certification fee is charged

Any refund policy will be stated where applicable
ElitePetz reserves the right to modify its fee structure.

All transactions between certified entities and third parties are conducted independently of ElitePetz.

is the property of ElitePetz.
Unauthorized reproduction, misuse, or misrepresentation of certification status or identifiers is prohibited and may result in enforcement action.

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ElitePetz shall not be liable for:

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless ElitePetz from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from:

Platform Access
ElitePetz may suspend or restrict platform access for:

Platform access decisions are separate from certification status determinations.

Modifications
ElitePetz reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.
Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Updated versions become effective upon publication unless otherwise stated.

Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Minnesota, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Official Communications
All communications with ElitePetz Certification Authority must be submitted through the official contact form available on this Platform.
ElitePetz does not maintain public customer service email accounts and does not accept certification-related correspondence through informal channels.
Submission through the official contact form constitutes the recognized method of communication with the Authority.
ElitePetz determines, at its discretion, whether and how official inquiries will be addressed.
