ElitePetz Certification Authority accepts official inquiries, complaints, and supporting evidence through the designated submission channels below. All submissions are reviewed and processed in accordance with the Authority’s published standards, policies, and procedures.
The Authority does not provide consulting services, legal guidance, or advance opinions regarding certification decisions.
Communication Protocol
Every submission received by the Authority follows a documented review process designed to promote consistency, record integrity, and procedural fairness.
All submissions:

Are logged in the Authority’s record system.

Are routed through the appropriate review process.
✓
Are evaluated within the scope of published Standards and Governance documents.
✓
May receive a written response when the Authority determines that one is appropriate
Communications sent outside the official submission channels - including direct email, telephone, or social media messages - are not treated as official filings and may not be entered into the Authority’s administrative records.
Designated Intake Channels
The Authority maintains two official submission pathways. Selecting the appropriate pathway helps ensure timely routing and review.
The Authority does not act as an arbitrator between private parties. Submissions are evaluated solely within the scope of the Authority’s certification and enforcement responsibilities.
Official Inquiry Submission
Use this form to submit an official inquiry related to certification records, registry information, governance documents, or Authority policies.
Scope of this Form
This form is intended for official inquiries and institutional correspondence. Complaints, allegations, or evidence submissions must be submitted through the Complaint and Evidence channel.
Requests for consulting services, legal advice, or advance certification determinations are outside the Authority’s scope.
Complaint and Evidence Submission
Use this form to submit complaints, allegations, or supporting evidence relevant to a certified entity or certification record.
Enforcement Review Notice
Submissions are reviewed in accordance with the Authority’s published enforcement and due-process policies.
Submission of a complaint does not guarantee enforcement action, suspension, revocation, or any particular outcome.
Scope Limitations
The Authority’s responsibilities are limited to activities conducted within its published certification and registry framework.

Submissions outside the Authority’s scope may be closed without further review.
Response Standards
Submission of a form does not automatically require a written response. The Authority determines when a response is necessary based on the nature and relevance of the submission.
The Authority reserves the right to decline responses to:

Matters outside the Authority’s scope.

Requests seeking advisory opinions.
✕
Duplicate, misleading, threatening, or abusive submissions.
Record Handling
Submissions received through an official intake channel are recorded and retained in accordance with the Authority’s applicable privacy, record-retention, and governance policies. A submission may be considered in later certification or enforcement proceedings involving the same certified entity or subject matter.
Submission does not guarantee a response or enforcement action. It does establish an administrative record for review.
