Key notice
A registry record is evidence of recorded certification status, not a guarantee.
Always review the current status, relevant dates, and available status history. Certification complements, but does not replace, your own evaluation of a breeder or transaction.
What the registry does and does not establish
A public record may confirm
✓
That ElitePetz issued the displayed certification record
✓
The certified entity name and unique Certification ID shown
✓
The status and dates recorded by ElitePetz at the time you access the record
✓
Published status-history entries associated with that record
A public record does not
✕
Guarantee future conduct, performance, or continued compliance
✕
Guarantee an animal's health, traits, suitability, or outcome
✕
Approve or endorse a particular animal, price, service, breeder claim, or transaction
✕
Replace veterinary, legal, financial, licensing, or other professional advice
✕
Establish government approval or compliance with every law in every jurisdiction
How to interpret registry information
Registry information should be read as a dated public record. The meaning of an entry depends on its current status, validity period, and available history.
Current status controls
Do not rely on a badge, screenshot, saved result, or third-party claim. Open the official record and confirm its current status.
Status may change
Certification may be suspended, revoked, expire, or otherwise change after issuance. A prior active status does not establish a present status.
Records have limits
Public entries reflect information held and published by ElitePetz. They may not contain every fact relevant to an entity or transaction.
Accuracy, identity, and third-party use
Identity matching
A valid record does not prove that every website, social account, advertisement, message, or person using a similar name is connected to the certified entity. Compare the Certification ID, entity name, contact information, and other verifiable details before relying on a claim.
Accuracy and completeness
ElitePetz seeks to maintain accurate, current public records, but information may be delayed, incomplete, submitted by third parties, or subject to review and correction. The absence of a public entry does not by itself prove that an event did or did not occur.
Unauthorized reproduction
ElitePetz is not responsible for altered, incomplete, outdated, or misleading copies of registry information displayed by third parties. The official record on ElitePetz.com is the authoritative source for the status shown by ElitePetz.
Responsible use
Do not present registry information in a way that implies an endorsement, warranty, government license, or status broader than the official record states.
